Just to let you all know that there is now more content in the Spinal Problems section. It is still focussed on Thoracolumbar Disc disease but as we approach milder weather (hopeful?), this problem tends to become more common unfortunately. I have therefore added sections on Intervention and Aftercare. I hope you find these useful. I will shortly extend the spinal section to include Cervical Disc Disease so stay tuned.
